Brown has gained a stellar reputation as one of the bright new talents on the scene, working with a who's who of Jazz artist.

This quartet is so amazing on so many different levels...go see 'em whilst they still exist in PDX. I really think this one could go a long way in the Jazz world!

I used him almost exclusively in my band when he used to reside in the NYC area, as he always brought so much knowledge and artistry to the music. And combined with his multi-instrumentalist abilities, Chris Brown is a unique talent that's not often found.

Christopher Brown Quartet feat. Christine Yvette @ The 1905

  • The 1905 830 N Shaver St Portland, OR 97227 United States (map)

As always, I want to continue to encourage you to keep your finger on the pulse of how this group will continue to develop. And one of best ways to do so is to be front and center every Wednesday at The 1905, as this serves as our laboratory for both live displays of our musical development, and up-to-the-minute announcements on exciting new developments on the horizon. And so with the past two weeks of successful shows with vocalist Christine Yvette having had to fill in for saxophonist John Nastos, we'll now have both of them sharing the same stage at the same time. So this will be a night for the books for sure! So again, come plug into one of the most dynamic artistic movements to hit Portland in years, every Wednesday at The 1905.

*NO COVER (all ages)*

Christine Yvette (Vocals)

John Nastos (Alto Sax)
