It's starting to look like another wave of momentum is beginning to resurface for venues hosting live Jazz music here in Portland. And with the swanky Bluehour having now created space within their weekly programming to accept such an entertainment format, this venue in particular is sure to inspire other high-end venues to adopt such a format for their establishments as well.
