This quartet is so amazing on so many different levels...go see 'em whilst they still exist in PDX. I really think this one could go a long way in the Jazz world!

I used him almost exclusively in my band when he used to reside in the NYC area, as he always brought so much knowledge and artistry to the music. And combined with his multi-instrumentalist abilities, Chris Brown is a unique talent that's not often found.

  • The Underground 12566 Southeast 93rd Avenue Clackamas, OR, 97015 United States (map)

Relative newcomer to the scene of establishments that are presenting live Jazz these days here in the greater Portland area, is The Underground (located at the bottom of the Monarch Hotel). With their 1920’s themed brand, coupled with mouth watering cocktails and food, in addition to the music, this place checks all of the boxes for a true dining “experience.”
