Brown has gained a stellar reputation as one of the bright new talents on the scene, working with a who's who of Jazz artist.

This quartet is so amazing on so many different levels...go see 'em whilst they still exist in PDX. I really think this one could go a long way in the Jazz world!

He is a uniquely talented performer and educator, and a man in whom I trust and for whom I hold great admiration.

I used him almost exclusively in my band when he used to reside in the NYC area, as he always brought so much knowledge and artistry to the music. And combined with his multi-instrumentalist abilities, Chris Brown is a unique talent that's not often found.

The Aaron Goldberg Trio

  • The 1905 830 North Shaver Street Portland, OR, 97227 United States (map)

This performance will absolutely be a bucket list check for me! It’s been a long time coming, and now we’re about to make it happen. Aaron has been one of the leading musical voices within Jazz for the past 20+ years. And with a resume that’s too daunting of a task to mention here, I’ll just say you won’t want to miss this powerful performance. As not only will I get the honor of finally performing with Aaron, but it’ll be alongside bassist extraordinaire Ben Williams (whose resume is equally as robust)!!! So needless to say, there’s no amount of words that can adequately convey both the gravity of this performance, as well as my excitement for it. You just have to be here!
