Brown has gained a stellar reputation as one of the bright new talents on the scene, working with a who's who of Jazz artist.

This quartet is so amazing on so many different levels...go see 'em whilst they still exist in PDX. I really think this one could go a long way in the Jazz world!

He is a uniquely talented performer and educator, and a man in whom I trust and for whom I hold great admiration.

I used him almost exclusively in my band when he used to reside in the NYC area, as he always brought so much knowledge and artistry to the music. And combined with his multi-instrumentalist abilities, Chris Brown is a unique talent that's not often found.

Christopher Brown Quartet @ Vancouver Wine & Jazz Festival

  • Esther Short Park Northwest Esther Street Vancouver, WA, 98663 United States (map)

With the exception of 2020 and 2021, this festival has been presenting world-class musicians for the publics enjoyment for almost 30 years now. And as someone who has had the pleasure of performing for this festival on multiple occasions with different iterations of my band (in addition to other groups as well), I always take great pride in presenting a level of excellence that far exceeds all prior performances.

So in a world where we’re long on access to each other but short on real connection, I encourage you to join us for what will be this festivals best year to-date, both in terms of music and substantive bonding over one of the world’s most significant cultural phenomenons of the last 100+ years.
